Fred Chua, an ECE Graduate from UP Diliman, is a serial technopreneur who founded Magellan Solutions, a 1300-seat Contact Center & BPO company back in 2005. He also founded My3D Concepts (3D2go) in 2014, an end-to-end 3D Scanning, Prototyping, Printing service provider for the consumer and corporate markets. His lastest venture is an Internet of Things (IOT) company called Silikon Technologies developing diversified solutions for monitoring and automation in different industries. He’s also an investor, director and board member of ESi Labs, a technology development and consulting company focused on IC Design, Verification and FPGA solutions.

Under the visionary leadership of Mark A. K. Dee, Chief Executive Officer, Magellan Solutions USA was launched as a consultancy and service provider with a primary focus on business process outsourcing, healthcare administrative support, IT development, energy solutions, and call center services. With an exceptional 21-year career in the United States Air Force (USAF), Mark held various management positions contributing to his extensive leadership expertise.
He excelled as the manager in his tenure in the USAF under the Immunology and Microbiology department and as Assistant Director of the Medical Laboratory, Facility, and Security Manager. Finally, he retired from the military in 2008 as Superintendent/COO of a 129-personnel medical support squadron. Â
After retiring from the military, Mark ventured into the service industry. He successfully led a restaurant chain as the CEO and developed other businesses in the martial arts studio and 3D printing industries, exhibiting his entrepreneurial spirit. Mark's educational achievements include a BS in Health Sciences and Hospital Administration, Master’s in Business Administration, Master’s of Science in Systems Management at Notre Dame de Namur University, Graduated from the Senior Executive Leadership School from the USAF, and Board Certified in Clinical Laboratory Sciences.

Annamie C. Santiago is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA). She completed her Regis MBA class at Ateneo Graduate School of Business and has 12 years work experience in internal auditing, particularly in the areas of financial, process, system and banking.

She currently heads the Accounting and Finance Department, reporting directly to the CEO. She is in-charge of the overall management of Accounting and Finance Department. Her major responsibilities include looking for investment opportunities to maximize profit; developing and streamlining of systems and processes in FAD; ensuring qualitative; quantitative assessment of the company’s financial performance; establishing leadership role in the organization; and upholding the mission and vision of Magellan Solutions.

Arby is the Chief Operating Officer responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for the organization, identifying areas to leverage cross-program strengths in order to take advantage of new opportunities and address organizational challenges. As COO, with his excellent leadership, leads, develops and retains the company’s high-performance senior management team while ensuring continued financial viability of the company’s operational units through sound fiscal management guided by the company's core values.
Arby earned his bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from De La Salle University and started his career with PwC Philippines as a financial auditor. He previously held leadership and management roles in IBM for more than 5 years and 10+ years in the BPO industry before joining Magellan as Implementations Manager. He became the Director of Implementations wherein his team successfully improved client retention thereby helping Magellan expand the business.
Along with his competencies in client management, project management, operations management, and strategic management, Arby is a visionary and a charismatic leader with a passionate heart.

Henry serves as Business Development Director for Magellan Solutions, responsible for seeking out new business opportunities, developing and implementing plans designed to increase existing business with the overall objective of meeting long term company objectives. He has more than 15 years of international business development and client management experience. He has served as Regional Manager in different capacities like Business Development, Franchising, Support and Governance as well as Sr. Regional Manager for Emerging Markets covering the Middle East, South America and South East Asia. Henry earned his bachelor’s degree in the University of the Philippines, and has taken relevant courses in Management in International Business from Universitas 21 Global.

Vernon Belgira is an experienced Chief Technology Officer with a total of 22 years of experience in various IT roles. In his current role as CTO at Magellan E-Support Services Inc., he collaborates with the management team to develop and implement technology plans that support the organization's growth objectives. Vernon is responsible for overseeing the ITIL service operations and transition activities, infrastructure management, and IT service management processes. He designs solutions conforming to scalability, reliability, maintainability, usability, and security and digitalization and automation to streamline processes. Additionally, he has experience leading application and development teams, network and security teams, andT systems and infrastructure teams, supporting corporate functions. He has expertise in managing capacity issues, configuring ITOP for proper notification and escalation of incidents, and reviewing logs and alerts to ensure system and network integrity. He has worked on several projects, including ticketing systems, automated billing applications, data center builds, and hundreds of client requirements. Vernon is experienced in mentoring and training team members to meet set KPIs and upskilling and development. He has also developed IT policies and practices conforming to ISO27001 and PCI-DSS and ensured strict implementations.

As the Chief Process Officer, Michael brings a wealth of experience in digital strategy, process management, and software project management to Magellan. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Professional and Agile Scrum Professional with a solid background in technology. Michael has a proven track record of leading changes in operations and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. His ability to develop cutting-edge solutions for various industry sectors is unparalleled. He has completed professional training and certification exams for Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Agile Coach, Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, Kanban Expert, Kanban Project Manager, Scaled Scrum Expert, DevOps Generalist, and DevOps Project Manager. Michael has also led various Lean Six Sigma (LSS) projects, including Black Belt, Green Belt, and Yellow Belt projects, resulting in the successful release of enhanced processes. Most recently, Michael has attained the Six Sigma Master Black Belt level under International Six Sigma Institute.
